Default zoning for a homeless shelter

I am looking for any community in the Commonwealth with specific regulations addressing the appropriate zoning for a homeless shelter. If you have such a regulation, please let me know whether it is as an institution with a CUP requirement or if there is a permitted use within a district or set of districts, if you address small facilities differently than something that may be referred to as a "mega shelter" providing for more than 250 people. Any info is appreciated. Thanks.
